Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of WithYourVoice, an AI voice and rewriting workspace for personas, teams, and API workflows.
Use of the service
You may use the service to create personas, rewrite text, manage account settings, and access eligible API features. You are responsible for the content you submit and for complying with applicable laws and policies.
Accounts and access
Access requires an authenticated account. You are responsible for protecting your login, sessions, and API keys. API access may require a paid plan and is subject to plan limits, throttling, and quota enforcement.
AI-generated output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving generated text before publication or business use.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, violate others' rights, bypass security, abuse infrastructure, or generate harmful content. We may limit or suspend access for abusive, unsafe, or unauthorized use.
Billing and plans
Paid plans may unlock higher throughput, API access, and larger usage limits. Billing is handled through Stripe. Plan availability, pricing, limits, and features may change over time.
Availability
The service is provided as-is and may change, pause, or become unavailable. We are not liable for lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
