WithYourVoice is an AI voice and rewriting workspace. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle information used by the service.
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide through sign-in, such as your name, email address, and provider account identifiers. We also store personas, rewrite history, API keys, usage records, billing status, and settings needed to operate the service.
Content you submit
Text, persona prompts, and rewrite outputs may be processed by configured AI providers so the app can generate responses. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that processing.
How we use information
We use information to provide sign-in, rewrite features, persona management, billing, API access, abuse prevention, service reliability, and support.
Third-party services
The service may use OAuth providers such as Google, GitHub, and Microsoft for sign-in, Stripe for billing, and AI providers such as OpenAI or Ollama-compatible endpoints for rewrite generation.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account data, personas, history, usage, and billing records while your account is active or as needed for security, operations, and legal obligations. Contact support to request deletion or export of account data.
Security
We use account-based access controls, protected sessions, hashed API keys, and provider-side OAuth flows. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the service and user data.
